Hypertension and Alzheimer's
Even mild elevations of blood pressure can increase Alzheimer's risk. Normal blood pressure is generally considered 120/80. Studies have demonstrated that reducing blood pressure to the normal range, through any therapy, can decrease the risks of cognitive decline, along with other long-term health issues.
